TSIAC International is a demolition and asbestos removal contractor working across South Carolina, with our roots right here in Charleston. We're a family owned and operated outfit, and that's not just a line we put on a page — it shapes how our whole crew shows up to work. We handle demolition of all kinds: structural, selective and deconstruction, on residential, commercial and industrial buildings. Some jobs call for heavy equipment, some call for hand tools, and plenty call for both. On the abatement side, we take care of asbestos removal and testing, lead and mold remediation, and fire and smoke damage cleanup. We also handle concrete removal and saw cutting, breaking out slabs, foundations and driveways cleanly and hauling the concrete away for recycling.

We also take the cleanup side of our work seriously. Demolition and asbestos removal generate a lot of material, and we'd rather not send more of it to the landfill than we have to. On every project we separate out wood, metals, plastics and steel for recycling, and we use protective measures when we're handling building materials.
