Demolition & Asbestos Removal in Charleston, SC

I had rotting wood in my carport roof, which was like a drop ceiling with framing in between and full shingles etc. I was paranoid about termites since it's springtime and Andra and his team came out the very next day. They were on time and worked quickly and efficiently. I really appreciate how they did the demo, functionally, aesthetically and respectful. They didn't just hack away with no regard. They left the posts in a smart way and I am still able to use them in the meantime. Andra is clear with communication and also straight forward and fair with pricing. I'm glad I found them and I would definitely call them again!

Andre and crew came in on schedule and went above and beyond on a large commercial demo job on King St downtown Charleston! I will use Andre again and def recommend!

Andra and his team did a phenomenal job doing an interior demo on an old house from the 1940s that my wife and I recently purchased. Throughout the entire process Andra was responsive, flexible, and fair, which made the entire process as easy as it could be. I’d recommend Andra and his team for a job a million times over.

Andre and his team demo a shed for my parents home. He showed up not on time, but AHEAD of time. He and his team took care of everything quickly and professionally. He was also available within a week of me reaching out to him! Thank you for completing this project in a timely manner.

Andra and his crew did a great job demolishing the stucco, glass, and metal panels. They were great about cleaning up after themselves as well! Highly recommend
